1. Services

Unicato24 provides remote IT support services on an hourly basis. All services are delivered remotely via phone, video calls, and secure remote desktop access. No on-site visits are included.

2. Pricing & Payment

Our rates are: IT Support $75/hr, IT Management $125/hr, IT Director $175/hr. All prices are in USD. There are no minimum commitments, no long-term contracts, and no weekend or holiday surcharges.

3. Engagement

Services are provided on a pay-as-you-go basis. Each engagement begins upon your request and continues until the requested work is completed or you terminate the session.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Our remote access sessions are secured, and we do not share client data with third parties without explicit consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, Unicato24's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
